This is the typical way in which home buyers and investors are represented and assisted in the transaction.  An Exclusive Buyers Brokerage Agreement is executed by the Agent and the Buyer which outlines the terms of their relationship, the duration, and compensation.  What makes us different in this regard is that we are capable of, open to, and welcome customization and creative solutions in this regard.

Perhaps you have pruchased dozens of properties and feel as though you have no need for a dedicated agent.  However, you may need some assistance in either drafting, editing, or reviewing documents and contracts.  We can assist you here on either a flat fee or an hourly basis as desired.
